  • How many sessions will I need?

    This depends on many factors including age, fitness level, frequency of sessions and diet among others. Book your free taster session and we can discuss a realistic timescale to meet your goals
  • What if I am really unfit?

    Personal Training works for each and every individual whether you are a professional athlete or an everyday office worker. So whether you have trained before or are completely new, we will progress and regress your exercises accordingly to your own health/sporting needs.
  • How often should I train?

    This can depend on various factors from, whether your aim would be from building muscle losing weight to just general fitness, we can guide you and tell you during your free assessment on how many sessions we would recommend as a start.
  • What should I expect at the Taster session?

    Our taster sessions consist of meeting you with some paperwork, siting down and having a chat to discuss why is it that you want to start training, work out all your goals and discuss whether personal training is right for you.

  • Where can I train?

    Your training can be done anywhere, our trainers can travel to your local park or train you from the comfort of your own home, what ever suits you best.
  • Are you fully trained and insured?

    All our Trainers are Active IQ Level 3 Personal Trainers, each is also highly qualified in different specific areas.

    Each Trainer is First Aid qualified and has Public Liability Insurance.

    We are also a fully licensed operator of the Royal Parks such as Regents Park, Green Park, Hyde Park etc.
  • What equipment do I need?

    Full sports gear and a bottle of water. You do not need any equipment as we'll provide what you need. However if you want your own boxing gloves or mat, feel free to go out and buy them. We can recommend which ones are best for you.
  • Do you monitor my progress

    Yes, we monitor you based on your specific goals and fitness levels, for example a simple 3-minute step test, or a skinfold test using calipers to measure the body fat (BMI).

    On your free consultation we also do movement analysis, testing how your body moves from simple squats to complex lunges just so we have a good idea where to start.
  • Can I bring a friend with me to train?

    Of course, friends can also come along and train with you for no extra cost, it's a great way to keep you motivated and on top of things.
